Present printed voucher at any of the following attractions to exchange for a New York CityPASS® ticket booklet: Empire State Building Experience, American Museum of Natural History, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Top of the Rock® Observation Deck, Guggenheim Museum, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island (at the prepaid ticket window in either Battery Park or Liberty State Park), Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises (at the 42nd Street ticket window at Pier 83), 9/11 Memorial & Museum*, or Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. *Please note: 9/11 Memorial & Museum entry is valid starting at 2 PM, April through September. October through March, entry is valid during the museum’s open hours of operation. Last entry is 2 hours prior to closing. CityPASS® ticket booklets are valid for nine days, beginning with the first day of use.

CityPASS vouchers may also still be redeemed at the ticket office of each CityPASS attraction.
Voucher Information:
After your online purchase you will be redirected to a page with your voucher. An order confirmation, with a link to your online voucher, will also be e-mailed to you within two hours of completing your purchase.
