Relive a TV Favorite on the Gossip Girls Sites Tour
You know you’ll love this tour dedicated exclusively to the sites seen on the popular TV show, Gossip Girl. The 3 ½ hour Gossip Girls Sites Tour allows you to spend a day in Blair’s and Serena’s shoes. You will explore behind the scenes locations and receive little known facts about the actors and the show.
The tour departs 51st street and Madison Avenue every Friday and Saturday at 10:00am. Bring a friend to enjoy this one of a kind New York Experience. Just make sure to leave the little ones at home. Some of the content from the show and tour may not be suitable for children nine and under.
While aboard the tour bus, you will visit Grand Central Terminal. This is the location where Serena was first seen on the show, returning to NYC. The bus will also take you by Vera Wang, the shop that Blair tried on her wedding gown at. Along the way, you will be able to shop at the candy store where Dan helped Vanessa shop.
Other fun parts of the tour include getting spotted at Constance Billard and St. Jude’s schools. Make sure you have your camera with you for these fun stops. You will also probably want a picture on the Met Steps. You can hold court here or just reminisce about the show. The bus also drives by Empire Hotel, Check Bass’ newest home and business. Even better, you will get to stop at Henri Bendel and shop where Blair and Serena do.
Half of the tour takes you through the Elite Upper East Side of Manhattan. While in this area, you will see some of the top sites from the show including Constance Billard School for Girls. St. Jude School for Boys, The Synod of Bishops Russian Church, Museum of the City of New York, St. James’ Church, Blair Waldorf’s apartment building, The Nightingale-Bamford School, Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The bus will also stop by the New York Palace Hotel and Gilt, the fine dining restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
After seeing these sites, the tour bus will head to Bustling Midtown Manhattan. Here you will see famous sites such as Hunter College on Park Avenue, Dylan’s Candy Bar, The Pierre Hotel, The Sherry Netherland Hotel, Grand Army Plaza, The Oak Room, Central Park, Lincoln Center, The Empire Hotel, Henri Bendel, Bergdorf Goodman, Cartier, Saks Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building, and Grand Central Station.
